FAQ
What do I need to rent equipment?
To rent equipment, you'll need a valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit card. Some larger equipment may also require proof of insurance or a deposit. We recommend calling ahead to confirm requirements for specific items.
How long can I keep the equipment, and what are your rental periods?
We offer flexible rental periods—hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly. If you need to extend your rental, just contact us before your due date to avoid late fees and ensure availability.
What happens if the equipment breaks or malfunctions during use?
If you experience any issues with the equipment, stop using it immediately and contact us. We’ll either provide a replacement or arrange a repair, depending on the situation. Normal wear and tear is covered, but damage from misuse may result in additional charges.
